Principal Officers
Six principal officers support the President in governing, advocating for, and administering the Association of Private Polytechnics & Monotechnics in Nigeria.
Dr. Amos Ajanaku
Responsible for membership coordination and supporting the President in governing the Association across all geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
Engr. Olusola Abel Alalade
Igbajo Polytechnic, Igbajo, Osun State
Engr. Olusola Abel Alalade is a retired civil servant and Communications Engineer with over thirty years of management experience. He has evolved into a Telecommunications Consultant, Maintenance Specialist, Trainer, Administrator, and Entrepreneur with deep passion for youth development. He has provided vocational, technical, on-the-job, and specialist training to diverse categories of students and staff. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management, and Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Sales Management. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Igbajo Polytechnic, the only community polytechnic in Nigeria, which he represents in APPN. He is the author of “Walking With Destiny” (autobiography) and “Career Pathfinder”.
Dr. Adewale Adesina
Supports official documentation, internal administrative operations, and member communications on behalf of the Association's secretariat.
Dr. Oluwafemi Daniel Ganzallo
Kings Polytechnic, Ubiaja, Edo State
Dr. Oluwafemi Daniel Ganzallo is a scholar-practitioner, institutional leader, and management consultant with over 12 years of experience spanning education management, educational technology, digital transformation, human capital development, and strategic communications. He serves as Registrar and CEO of Kings Polytechnic Ubiaja and as Managing Partner of KDCS Limited, a technology and educational consulting firm. An active researcher, his work focuses on EdTech adoption, digital learning outcomes, and technology in African educational contexts, with outputs indexed on Google Scholar and ORCID. He holds a PhD in Public Administration (NOUN), MSc Political Science (OAU), and BSc Political Science (LASU). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM). As PRO/Media Executive, he coordinates APPN’s public communications, digital media, and stakeholder engagement.
Dr. (Mrs.) Adama Vivian
Gloryland Polytechnic, Ankpa, Kogi State
Oversees the financial accounts, annual dues collection, and fiscal management of the Association in line with APPN’s constitution and financial regulations.
Surv. Isaac Alaji Agbanwu
Records all financial transactions, issues receipts to member institutions, and maintains the Association’s financial books and accounts.
